i have and will hold a woman's purse for her. i see no reason why one wouldn't.

Holding the Purse
My wife will sometimes ask me to hold her purse for her in a public place while she goes to the washroom or something. Then she gets all pissed when I completely refuse to hold it for her.
She thinks I am being silly and that most guys would have no problem holding the purse. I tried telling her that it wasn't just me, that most guys would not do it but she just doesn't believe me.
So here is the question:
Would you hold your girlfriends or wife's purse for her?

i don't understand why one would feel weird bringing/holding a purse? is it that some may think your gay or something? i just don't get it, its not my purse i'm just holding it for a girl. not a big deal IMO.
