    ipod not updating

Anyone else have this problem. It charges and all but does not update. It has worked fine up till now. I have the 4GB Nano. I tried resetting it. I installed the new Itunes. It didn't work on the old version either. Any suggestions?

I fixed it. I clicked the "restore" button the screen. That restores your Ipod back to factory settings. Everything is working now.

I have the 4gb nano as well... I HATE that auto update feature. I have way more than 4 gigs of music on my pc so I gotta do it manual style. I hate itunes too... I'm trying to figure out "xplay" supposed to be a lot better, but I donno yet

just rambling, glad you fixed it
