    Scale

I'm looking for a scale to put in my home gym. I was thinking about getting one like the doctor uses. I'm just waiting until one comes on Craigslist. What kind of scale do you guys use? What is the most accurate? Links, ideas...thank you.

The balance type scale you mention is the most accurate, but it has to be calibrated every time it's moved and once a year even if it hasn't been moved. Just go to Wal-Mart and get a $20 special. It'll be within a couple of pounds. Why would you need more accuracy than that?
Rules? You mean we have RULES for that???
