can i block flash ads/sites with firefox?
I run firefox and use the adblock plugin which is only effective for jpeg ads (sort of) but the flash ads are available to be blocked.
There is a new wave of flash ads with those annoying talking smileys. Does anyone know how I can solve this? Thanks for the help
I love it when a plan comes together.

I don't know what ad block extensions that you're using, but ad block plus will not only block images, but it will also block flash, scripts, and pretty much anything else.
Get these: Ad Block Plus Adblock Filterset.G Updater |
