I am sure that women like to look at good looking and fit men just as much as us men like to look at hot women, but few would admit it in public.

I was born without the ability to read body language. I am in the process of learning now, but I have a long and interesting road ahead of me.

Well I know personally my wife isnt about the whole fit husband thing. She would just soon me sit home all the time and drink some booze. But hey its not me. For the most part I think women would rather have an undersized guy with a nice set of abs, compared to a guy with 18 inch arms and a not so noticable six pack (Ok guys thats me I am referring to there)......

When my arms went AAAAALLL the way upto 16" (gasp!) even then my girlfriend thought i was "too big. please dont get any bigger, i dont like it!". The majority, in my experience, are only really concerned with visible abdominals. As if thats the window into ultimate athletic development and masculinity. It baffles me how we can be watching tv, and a skinny as fuck guy (with abs of course) comes onto some commercial for a razor or de-oderant, and she says "wow, he's hot, you should look like that!". ![]() |

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is what the book covers. I read it at 25 and it had an instant profound impact on my ability to read people. I had an instinct like most people but this book replaced the instinct with science. Seriously ... nothing you ever read will give you as much insight into body language. The book goes very deep into many areas of unspoken communication, various aspects of the psychology of success, and how the way we communicate affects change in the way we are reacted at and upon ... what you need is all in there. I personally love the fact that my boyfriend works out as much as I do. I was at one point afraid that he'd be disinterested when he knew how big I was at one point but he was fine with it. It keeps me motivated to keep striving to be better. It also helps my stamina as much as his

HOWEVER.. The common look that most girls seem to like are the thinly shaped Brad Pitts. Not too skinny, not too big. But out at the bars or clubs, these type of guys look skinny. It seems women dont care and to me thats just odd. A man should weigh more than a woman, win against a girl in arm wrestling, and have a less feminine face than men. My ex thought that guy Orlando Bloom was hot. I thought he looked like a girl. Seriously, dress him in drag, without surgery, hed look like a fucking girl. Put the shoe on the other foot and dress a woman up like a man, men will NOT find them attractive. For me, I dont have a feminine face. I dont have a baby face. Ive got too much masculinity for anyone to control. My best assets are my body features and my random psychiatric verbalized thoughts. Abercombre & Finch cant help me, but hurt me. ![]() |

Alex you are 35, while you may be older than some women in the gym you aren't what most call a 'mature man' just yet. You aren't that old my brother!
