I am sure that women like to look at good looking and fit men just as much as us men like to look at hot women, but few would admit it in public.

Women are just as big of pervs as men, I've heard women discussing some nasty shit many times...if they weren't we would never get laid...

Well I know personally my wife isnt about the whole fit husband thing. She would just soon me sit home all the time and drink some booze. But hey its not me. For the most part I think women would rather have an undersized guy with a nice set of abs, compared to a guy with 18 inch arms and a not so noticable six pack (Ok guys thats me I am referring to there)......

    Its true.

When my arms went AAAAALLL the way upto 16" (gasp!) even then my girlfriend thought i was "too big. please dont get any bigger, i dont like it!".

The majority, in my experience, are only really concerned with visible abdominals. As if thats the window into ultimate athletic development and masculinity.

It baffles me how we can be watching tv, and a skinny as fuck guy (with abs of course) comes onto some commercial for a razor or de-oderant, and she says "wow, he's hot, you should look like that!".

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is what the book covers. I read it at 25 and it had an instant profound impact on my ability to read people. I had an instinct like most people but this book replaced the instinct with science.

Seriously ... nothing you ever read will give you as much insight into body language. The book goes very deep into many areas of unspoken communication, various aspects of the psychology of success, and how the way we communicate affects change in the way we are reacted at and upon ... what you need is all in there.

I personally love the fact that my boyfriend works out as much as I do. I was at one point afraid that he'd be disinterested when he knew how big I was at one point but he was fine with it. It keeps me motivated to keep striving to be better. It also helps my stamina as much as his

I read that but I dont remember very well because all NLP are very similar so it is confusing to know where I learned something but it is a nice book.

Doubtful. Its one of those "be careful what you wish for" syndromes. Shed say it, but after she really got it, she may not mind it, but would prefer the 'old you.'

Ive been on both ends of the pillar. I am sure the single guys on here have noticed girls like touching big arms, feeling how big they are, how hard, etc. Basically, a washboard stomach goes undetected until you take your shirt off. Arms, however, stick out of your shirts and can be seen by all. Unless theyre un-naturally large, I cant see them being a bad thing.

    HOWEVER..

The common look that most girls seem to like are the thinly shaped Brad Pitts. Not too skinny, not too big. But out at the bars or clubs, these type of guys look skinny. It seems women dont care and to me thats just odd. A man should weigh more than a woman, win against a girl in arm wrestling, and have a less feminine face than men.

My ex thought that guy Orlando Bloom was hot. I thought he looked like a girl. Seriously, dress him in drag, without surgery, hed look like a fucking girl. Put the shoe on the other foot and dress a woman up like a man, men will NOT find them attractive.

For me, I dont have a feminine face. I dont have a baby face. Ive got too much masculinity for anyone to control. My best assets are my body features and my random psychiatric verbalized thoughts. Abercombre & Finch cant help me, but hurt me.

90% of my school thinks I'm ugly big and I've only been bodybuilding for less than a year.

Then again, at other schools the percentages is a lot lower.

Girls love the skinny look though. Abs are most important and some muscle maybe after that, like Brad Pitt.

If I translated correctly, I notice it too.

The only excuse I can see a lot of HOT women with shitty looking males is cuz theyre push overs. These guys will spend every dollar, every minute with their trophy girlfriends. Pretty lousy, but then again who wants them? Just fuck em and forget em.

    Dammit. I agree.

Most girls really dont like the Ronnie, Jay, or Arnold look. In fact, they say it disgusts them. I dont want to get that big.

    However..

They get the best looking pussy. Seriously, I hardly ever see a guy that is bigger than your average gym rat have a girl by his arm that was ugly. Sometimes I do...and the women are usually fat. Weird. Then again, more fat women make a fuss about my muscles than they used to. Weird.
