    i got 165x4 on bench press today.I am uploading it right now.
    5'6 155lbs
    bench 275x3
    squat 375x2
    deadlift 385x3

    i was doing 175x8 on squats and deads a couple of weeks ago.
    5'6 155lbs
    bench 275x3
    squat 375x2
    deadlift 385x3
