So now he may or mat not do time. He may get something in the way of punishment, get some counseling, and then stroll off into his life. I'll agree with you on that castration idea if the chemical is an acid and you throw away the pervert and keep the nuts. Put the nuts in a jar someplace ... someplace public where all the rest of the perverts can see these jars. Its basically entrapment but some do get jail time, its the same thing as buying drugs from a police officer.
