I am passing this on to you because it definitely works, and we could
all use a little more calmness in our lives. By following simple advice
heard on the Dr. Phil show, you too can find inner peace. Dr. Phil
proclaimed,
"The way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you have
started and have never finished."
So, I looked around my house to see all the things I started and hadn't
finished, and before leaving the house this morning, I finished off a
bottle of Merlot, a bottle of White Zinfandel, a bottle of Bailey's
Irish Cream, a bottle of Kahlua, a package of Oreos, the remainder of my
old Prozac prescription, the rest of the cheesecake, some Doritos and a
box of chocolates. You have no idea how freaking good I feel.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
to improve their lives.

You joke, but there is truth to that. I am happiest when ever thing that I need to take care of has been taken care of. I have midterm exams this week, and I spent most of my weekend studying for it. Now I don't have much more to go, and I am at peace, rather than being uptight and anxious.

Yeah Fuck Mr. Phil (doctors hate it when you address them as Dr. [just ask my father])
His advice is so fucking obvious. How many times does there have to be a show about fat toddlers? Mr. Phil yells at the parents since its they are the ones that feed their lil bundles of lard. Wow, it takes a genius to give that top notch suggestion.
