Video appears to show uncle teaching nephews to smoke pot

Last Edited: Saturday, 03 Mar 2007, 12:38 AM ESTCreated: Saturday, 03 Mar 2007, 12:38 AM ESTWATAUGA, Texas -- A 17-year-old faces a felony charge of injury to a child after police found a videotape that appears to show him and another man teaching his 2- and 5-year-old nephews to smoke marijuana, police said.
The video shows two children being taught to smoke marijuana and the men encouraging them to "get high," police said. A man can be seen placing a marijuana cigarette into a baby's mouth and, in another part of the video, a different boy is shown smoking on his own.
"The video contains disturbing images of the young children being badgered into smoking a marijuana cigar, commonly referred to as a 'blunt,'" according to a release from the Watauga Department of Public Safety.
The bail for Demetris McCoy, 17, was set at $150,000. He remained in jail Friday night, police said.
Police found the video Feb. 22 while investigating McCoy and Vanswan Polty, 18, in connection with some area burglaries. Polty faces burglary charges and is free on $22,000 bail, according to court records.
The children have been in the custody of Child Protective Services since last week, a spokeswoman said.

I wonder why people like that have "right"?They are a burden to society and offer nothing good. This guy was a thief and making a small child smoke weed, what purpose dose he serve other than mischief. If it is obvious that a person is completly worthless and obviously a piece of shit that only brings down the world around them than I belive they have no place in our world.Yes I said it, I think we are better off with them being dead.Where these crimes that carry the death penalty,no.But I have seen this kind of trash my whole life who will live off of welfare because they are worthless and to damn lazy to get a job.Our country and society are better off without these kind of people so perhaps being a intentional burden and pimple on the ass of the planet should be reason enough to carry the death penalty.I may catch heat for that but I truly feel that way.

We've been plagued with these people ... otherwise known as Democrats ... since the early 60's. Look what we've become. In the '60's these guys woulda been tossed under the jail and not seen the light of day for 30 or 40 years. Now? LOL ... a few years maybe 10 tops and parole. What ever prison time they get will really only be halved and then they'll get released on paper.
