That very well may be a B movie. But Clive Barker is no "B" author. He is amoung the finest if not the best fantasy/horror writer there is.

With the right director his novels could be the shit.

Good additions Goodfella. Especially 3 o clock high.
Nightbreed might be the only movie I like from Clive Barker. I may be forgetting another movie, but other than Hellraiser (which I thought was boring), this was the best one.

Brain Damage, it is about an alien that likes to eat brains but it needs a human to help him kill people. The human receives a very good drug all the time injected in his brain. It is so good, you can see the alien going behind him and putting a needle in the brain. A lot of blood and nudity.

Frankenhooker is another movie, it is about a guy that likes medicine but he is not a doctor yet, one day his girlfriend is at a party and a lawnmower kills her. He saves her head and keeps it stored in the freezer while he looks for hookers and kills them because he wants body parts to complete his girlfriend. Amazing and it is so funny.

Breakfast on Pluto too. I liked it maybe because of the people at IM.

    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0094794/ - "The Brain"

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0078332/ - "Strike of the Thunderkick Tiger"

Simultaneously the two worst films i've ever seen, and two of my all time favourites.

I love them, but they suck.

Its an excellent movie. It is by the makers of Kids. Really raw acting. Bijou Phillips is in it. She is naked a lot. I guess IMDB doesn't like you liking their pics.
