But why do the gays sometimes change their voice to sound like woman? Lesbians do not change voice to sound like man, why is this?

It depends on who's on the receiving end of the conversation; which, again, is a function of personal preference. I work with tons of gay people, and it is a big reason why I am so accepting of their culture.
Here are a few weird observations I have made. The gay decorators in Mobile and the surrounding areas are incredible. They sence of fashion, cloths, and, interior decorating is off the scales.
The dealer I work for is gay. He has the best interior decorating sense of any decorator that has ever come in the shop. He tells the women decorators what to sell to the client and they obey every word he says.
Women love gay guys that are fun and fashionable. Hence, make friends with a fun fashionable gay guy, and he can get you laid by the highest quality women around.
