But why do the gays sometimes change their voice to sound like woman? Lesbians do not change voice to sound like man, why is this?

It comes down to personal preference. I think that some do it because of a love/hate thing. Some do it because they wish they were the opposite sex. Still others do it for no other reason than the fact that they can.
What sort of answer are you looking for? If it's some deep, and surprising, revelation about people in general, and homosexuals in particular, you're going to be disappointed. Most people do nearly everything for very simple reasons.

Is it acceptable for a gay man to use woman voice when speaking to non-gay man?

It depends on who's on the receiving end of the conversation; which, again, is a function of personal preference. Some people might think it's cute, some might think it's funny, some might thing nothing of it, and some might take offense. Hell, some might get upset just because that guy is gay.
If someone is doing that to you and you don't like it, then stop talking to them. If it's in an environment where you must talk to them, there's really nothing that you can do about it without being an ass.
It's simply that persons way of expressing himself. I highly doubt that he's doing it to make you angry. Asking him to stop it ranks right up there with asking a black man not to speak ghetto. You may not like it, be everyone has the right to express themselves in peaceable ways.

hmmm...DOMS sure knows a lot about gays.

There are just different levels of homosexuality, you have the extremely gay who talk, dress and act like women. Then there are homosexuals who are very masculine yet they like men![]()
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

I work with tons of gay people, and it is a big reason why I am so accepting of their culture.
Here are a few weird observations I have made. The gay decorators in Mobile and the surrounding areas are incredible. They sence of fashion, cloths, and, interior decorating is off the scales.
The dealer I work for is gay. He has the best interior decorating sense of any decorator that has ever come in the shop. He tells the women decorators what to sell to the client and they obey every word he says.
Women love gay guys that are fun and fashionable. Hence, make friends with a fun fashionable gay guy, and he can get you laid by the highest quality women around.
Gay guys aren't mean in the same way heterosexual men are. Gay guys are vindictive like women. I often found that to be very strange.
