5'10" 244lbs @ 21%bf! Yep, that's chubby. I messed up my back, and just never really got back into it. The wife and I have a kid on the way also, so lifting just hasn't been my top priority lately!!

    21% ?

So if you lost 40 pounds, you'd be at 200 and 0% body fat at 5'10" ?

You must have a lot of muscle for someone who hasn't been lifting

That's what the bf % thing said. It's the electronic kind, so I don't really trust it, but I don't think it's too far off? When I messed up my back, I had just finished pct and was 230@15% (supposedly). That was August. I kept alot of muscle, but some fat has obviously been put on top of it.

Well if you were 230@15%, that is about the same lean mass as 244lbs@21%

    230@15% = 195 lean mass
    244@21% = 193 lean mass

So I guess that makes sense. 195 pounds of lean mass at 5'10" just seemed a little high to me considering you said you didn't lift anymore. If you were big from before though, I guess it makes sense...

... makes me feel tiny and weak :P
