    Step 1: Open the box
Step 2: Put the dog's head in the box
Step 3: Now get her to open the box

If the person is caught, his head should be removed.

    Using a blunt spoon.

That person, or persons, should be tied to a tree and beaten to a bloody pulp with a shovel, making sure their death is slow and tedious. Then the remains could be fed to a pack of wild dogs.

    Good, but not evil enough.

A thousand tiny paper cuts all over their body, including a few in the eyes, once a thousand has been reached, cut a new one every 10 seconds, and a completly plunge into a turpentine bath every 15 mins.

Annimal cruelty should not be tolerated in any form.

    Really sick.

But I wonder if the whole dog came in the box, who they think that someone nice saw the dead dog, then gift wrapped it and sent it for proper burial?
