Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

The reason I ask is because he bought a bunch of stuff from our store and then turned around and said he never got it, so his bank would give him his money back. It was several bottles the Legal Gear Masterdrol and 1-Alpha which I know he is selling to somebody somewhere.

I don't think it's a very good bussiness practice or moral to give out a clients personal information.

If you were screwed out of as much money as we were, you would be looking for this person also! I am not talking about a few hundred dollars, it a whole lot more.

I can understand that, and it sucks, but when you posted that it threw up a red flag and made me warry about purchasing products from taylor's nutrition.

don't you have proof, i.e. if it was shipped a tracking number?

and if it was an online purchase you should have his IP address used for the purchase.

Anyone would want to prosecute this type of person.

How can you sell that much in only one purchase? Maybe you can put restrictions about how much a person can buy.

Well if you try to fu&^ us out of money then that's what you will get. Anyway, I have been in law enforcement for about 15 years and this pisses me off even more when I get screwed.
And yes we have delivery confirmation. Now we are just waiting to se if our merchant account will reverse the charge-back since we sent them all of the proof.

Plus we don't consider people like this to be a client or customer. They're considered criminals, which others need to know about.

Speaking of criminals, there is a trainer by the name of Jeff or something going around saying he is affiliated with Oxygen Magazine,
They had a thing about him in there.
You know, the Nazis had pieces of flair that they made the Jews wear.

FYI - you should have a limit on online orders, i.e. $250 or something reasonable.

Please keep us updated on whether you get your money back. This kind of theft really gets to me... especially since i've worked for a parcel delivery company.

Me too, and the shitty part is if everything checks out and the package was delivered by UPS, FedEx etc...the driver will be responsible if he left the package without a signature.

I crossed all my i's and dotted my t's. What I should have done was got a delivery signature. This is the first time I have ever had someone say they didn't get their products. I got the postal inspector involved since I have some connections.
