They have this bread that they slather tomato sauce, cheese, onions, and many other ingredients on then they bake it until the edges turn golden brown and the cheese is melted, then they slice it into triangular pieces....it is so wonderful.

It's soooo good. Dense as shit though, like a loaf weighs about 2lbs. If you left it outside for a couple days, you could use it instead of a medicine ball.

I believe they use baking soda as the leavening ingredient, rather than yeast. Think cornbread, but not as grainy.
