    How come you're still 13? You've been 13 for 3 years now.

kefe's avatar is freaky - he's made a lot of progress, especially for a 13 year old.

if he gets on the muscletech, he could be Mr O one day
I love it when a plan comes together.

Keep tossin' the heavy objects KEFE ... that way we can all say we knew you back when you were a kid. Sports reporters will come to my home from miles around ...

Reporter ... "SO you used to interact with KEFE when he was just starting out? Did you ever think he would one day replace Atlas as the man holding the world in place?"

Me ... "We all knew he would do well someday, but to replace Atlas? Nah we didn't expect that. Maybe bitch slap Chuck Norris around, beat Pudzianowski at a world's strongest man event, or even spit on Superman's cape with impunity ... but not this"

Reporter ... "Back to you Chuck ... "

Last time I was in the gym I was doing either DB rows or seated DB military press and I saw this one kid with 225lbs on the bench... I know there was no way he could even do it for a single and sure enough after sitting and walking around for about 5 minutes, he gets a friend to "spot" him(row/deadlift) for 3-5 pathetic reps

Yeah isnt that the best. I saw a guy put over 500lbs on the squat bar walked around grunting for about 5 minutes stripped off a 45 on each side. Went to the bathroom, came back and stripped off another plate off of each side and was down to like 315. He got under it and could barely do 5! It makes it hard to workout with morons like this hanging around. But I got a little laugh out of it.
