Meh if you have interest talk to her next time. If you don't ignore it.

Next time you see her just casually say hi. The whole thing can't fall entirely on you to work out what her intentions are based on how she walks.

I wouldn't worry. If she'd have asked for your number and you forgot it, then that would be bad, but in this case, you did the right thing. Now you 2 have seen each other enough to say hi.

I doubt it. If i was someone else she recognized, she would have said something but i know that is not it.

Considering I thought this girl was someone I hadn't seen in a while, and so I stalked her for a while then got arrested...

I know what my # is off the top of my head. Also, i don't think girls randomly approach guys and just ask for their numbers.

But, you're right that we've seen each other enough to at least say hi. Next time, i'll probably say, "I see you around a lot so i'd figured i'd at least say hi" .. or something like that

That sounds like a good start. You don't want to come on too strong and scare her off.

This trendy dress shop moved in to my old office next door. Right before we moved out the owner (35 year old cute blond gal) would be in and out of the spot making preparations to move in. I was nice and let her come in and measure, plan, show the spot to her employees, etc... Anyway, one day she came in and was thanking me for letting her do all of that. She was dressed extremely sexy that day, in a low cut dress that showed a lot. Soooo, she proceeded to lean waaaaay over my desk and said: "Thank you so much for your help, I know I was probably such a bother, but I have a gift for you, and I know you're gonna like it."

Now me being the goofball I am completely dismissed it, made a joke and she was on her way. A few minutes later, my helper (he's 17) said to me out of the blue. "You blew that one dude!"

I was thinking what did I blow? Then he said "Whatever she wanted to give you, she sure didn't want me to see."

Then and only then did it dawn on me that an older lady was kinda throwing herself at me, and I missed it completely.

You didn't play easy-to-get, which is a good thing. Since she checked you out, it's a sure bet that she'll remember you next time.

If you do see her again, do not try to talk to her until after she's worked out. That would be rude (I'm assuming that she's from your gym). When she's done, compliment her on some part of her workout. Don't be disingenuous. If you can't think of something to compliment her on, just say "Hi."

So, no, you haven't blow anything.

You're situation is not like his. She (supposedly) offered herself to you and you turned her down. shiznit's girl was just checking him out. He's turned down nothing.

You can always go up to her your ass looks so good after that workout. Just dont try and go date any of those myspace freaks, their all disturbed.

True, but basically she was dying for his attention, and we both flailed.

So in essence he turned her down... At least I'm sure that's what she was thinking at least.

She was putting out feelers. This is how several of my relationships started.

ya'll sound like dr phil, I'm sure shed be receptive to him going up to him if he sees her again. I locked eyes with a real cute one yesterday then drove off lol. And yea i probably blew it but thats how it goes i guess

I see her every so often (maybe once every 2-3 weeks .. more than once if i'm lucky and i will probably see her again sometime again hopefully

No, you got it wrong. She didn't work out. What i meant was, i was leaving the gym (leaving the fitness building to outside) and she was just walking back from class (she had her books and backpack) so it was just good timing

You say i haven't blown anything, but there's only 5-6 weeks left of this quarter until i go home and there is a chance i probably won't see her again but who knows.

True, no offense reproman but i would have caught that easily but in my situation, it was just a little confusing what her actual intentions were. She may have forgotten to do something so she headed back that way but at the same time she could have done it on purpose to see if i would do anything.

I was speaking in term of logic, but yeah, logistically, you may have blown it. If you think she's worth it, try to increase the odds of seeing her again.

Start with "Hi." If she doesn't move off...well, I've always be fond of the old saying (and tend to live my life by it): Luck favors the bold.

If it's feasible, ask her out to lunch. Worst case, she'll say no; best case, you have lunch with a hottie that may develop into something really nice.

baha thats funny. Thats how i met 19inchpump. I was just on my way home listening to music and APPARENTLY he tried tlking to me but i didnt hear him. But whatever, second time around I remembered him and the rest is history

That girl is playing the courting game. In fact, It is best you didnt go and talk to her because girls like a challenge. She's not going to forget wh you are thats for damn sure, and attraction doesn't usually fade that quickly.

Next time you see her smile again and if she smiles back approach her.


In summary you didnt blow it you just made yourself a challenge...which is essentially ideal.

As i left the gym after my workout, i saw a really cute girl about 20 feet from behind me and we both looked at each other and smiled but i just continued to walk as she was behind me. So, she moved over to the left side and continued to walk at a moderate pace while turning her head slightly sideways just enough to see me at the corner of her eye. Now, at that time i was thinking "does she want me to approach her and just talk to her" or is she just tuning in to the music and just looking around. As we got closer and closer to the dining hall, she started to slow down some more until i was basically 5 feet behind her but i slowed down too because i didn't want to walk past her since i was a little confused what her intentions were. Once she took a right turn (the long way back to where she was supposed to go if she had continued to go straight instead of a left where i was going like i described earlier) ... i just continued to go straight and into the dining hall. I looked over at her while i was walking away and by judging her body language, it seemed like she was disappointed that i didn't do anything but i don't know.

At that point, i was like "what the fuck am i doing?" "Was she doing that on purpose hoping i would talk to her or am i out of my mind here?" The girl is really cute and i'm hoping i didn't blow my chance or anything but i didn't want to come off as a stalker and interrupt her since she had her ipod on.

What'd you guys think? Did i blow it or was it nothing? I see her like once in a blue moon when i walk to classes or at lunch/dinner and we usually make some eye contact but i never have the balls to do anything about it.

Anyway. Point of me including him is, even though we didnt really talk, and I remember him as being a dick,It didn't stop me from talking and getting to know him.

In this case, buddy wasnt even a dick, and even though he may of thought he was by not talking to chickita, he definately didn't blow any chances. Unless the girl is a bitch.
