just make them on your computer and transfer them with usb cable.
I love it when a plan comes together.

Get a small piece of string, go to a pet store go to the cat section and find a small bell for a collar, tie it to your phone with like a 1/4 of space left, put your phone on vibrate mode and when a call comes it theres your ringtone...

i made them on my computer and transferred via USB cabel, but i cant seem to get it to my ringtones it just is in my sounds folder.

motorola slvr. i figured it out tho. i had to transfer the songs from sim card to my phone.
