no it tells the story of the bible illustrated with legos. you don't have to alter the story to make it sound ridiculous, it does that on it's own. there are some great things in that book but a lot of bs too.

I was a lego maniac. For over 6 years all I wanted in life was more legos. I had enough for my entire 4th grade class to play with during the last two days of school. I think legos help to shape me as a person. My imagination went buck wild, and I could create anything that came to my mind, well as long as I had the right blocks to do the job which if I didn't I would make the block I needed with my dads tools. Yes... I almost lost fingers, but it was worth it.


As far as the article goes, Jesus Chrst! I can't believe that educators are so dumb. If they really wanted to teach the kids values, they should have implemented a system where kids got their own personal legos by doing chores around the classroom. The kids would learn about how hard work pays off and that the kids who wanted the most legos would have to sacrifice lego playing time to accumulate more blocks. If a kid steals blocks and is caught, he would have to forfeit his blacks to the kid he stole them from as restitution. Teach kids values and work ethic rather than socialism. The idea that the smart and motivated kids do not get more blocks for working harder is bullshit.
