    workout music?

Seriously bringing my own music to the gym totally helps me out. It makes me want to workout more than just the music they play over head.I been listening to Ivy Queen lately. She is the "queen of reggaton'. My friend I intern with at UMGD keeps playing her new album Sentimento and its contagious. Working out to music you like totally makes a difference. Check out her myspace www.myspace.com/ladivaivyqueen tell me what yall think about her?
