Anyone live near Alexandria, VA? Or more specifically South of Alexandria, VA

How long would it take me to commute from Woodbridge to Alexandria in traffic? Map quest says 30 minutes, but I think that assumes light traffic.

Also, is the Amtrak a train that people can commute on? Thanks!

I live in Alexandria...depends what time of day you want to travel.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...
