I wouldnt be worrying alot about it at that age. You still have alot of growing to do! You definately dont want to cut to a point where you are not taking in enough nutrients to properly grow. It's natural to have a slightly higher BF% as an adolecent
What are your calories and training like right now?

You need to spend time in the Diet & Nutrition forum.

While Jodi does pride herself in being the resident "heartless bitch" (as her avatar advertises) she is also probably one of the single most respected authorities on proper diet and nutrition.

    Read this and be enlightened

Emma-Leigh is also one of the best sources you'll find for knowledge and insight on proper diet.

You are young. Your body is still developing. Don't be afraid to eat and eat properly. You'll be fine.

Now go read. Hurry lad, HURRY! Read before your brain implodes from lack of knowledge!!

When I was in HS the coaches wanted me to go out for football and wrestling. My first question was, for training do I have to run? They always said yes you have to run. I hate running, so I would say, when I do not have to run, I will play your games.

i did join my wrestling team and I box. I also read that thing. Why is it that wrestling gets your BF% down so low? is it because of the cardio? if so its not working for me. all the other kids just dont eat all day to get it down.

Or maybe it's because they diet down to meet a certain weight for competitions??

for the wrestlers on my team we do alot of cardio and have practice for 2-2.5 hours so we bust are ass all the time think we get maybe 5 min of a break over all in the practice. most of us eat really healthy so we dont have to starve highest bf% on the team was 19% and he was are hevy weight lowest was 5% 3 wrestlers had that

I doubt it was a very accurate test and they were probably seriously dehydrated at the time...but nonetheless...that's too low.

Anything below 8% is unhealthy IMO.

This was in 1999, posted on his web site.

    A year-round sport
He could say the same thing about his body -- 5 feet 11 inches of perfectly molded muscle mass that makes just about every other male specimen of the species look like the "before" picture in the old Charles Atlas ads. he competes with around 260 finely cheseled pounds, with only 2 % body fat. In bodybuilding parlance, the look is "cut", "shredded", "crazy", "freaky."
I hope that donkey doesn't have a heinie troll!
