^^ agree 100%. If it was up to me, there would be no probation. Caught drunk behind the wheel and you proceed right to jail. No questions asked.

Drunk driving is wrong. Had it been any other person, they would have also went to jail for violating probation. I don't understand where your sarcasm is being directed toward Rob.

I do believe in the youthful offender extra chance rule for people under the age of 25, but outside of that, I agree with you completely.

couple months ago I had a cop let me off and I was drunk. Thats the last time I'll ever drink and drive. I had a headlight out. I don't talk shit about cops anymore

I disagree on sending people to jail for their first dui, unless it was extremely high or they injuried someone else, the jails would be overcrowded. Also the laws are so tough these days a woman who drank two glasses of wine with dinner in Colorado can receive a ticket for having a BAC of .05. The easiest solution to the drinking and driving problem would have people install breathalysers in their cars.

I think a better solution would be to legalize pot, and let people make a natural switch to a better safer drug. Then slowly phase out alcohol. Alcohol blows anyway.

Although I agree she did wrong and needed to pay, I think the judge was trying to look big by sentencing her. I can't believe with all their money, they can't get her out of it. I know they are going to appeal.

Driving on revocation after a dui in Colorado usually holds a jail sentence of a month to year in jail, so the judge wasnt really trying to be tough.

As opposed to so many judges that let celebrities off. Celebrities get off time and time again. I'm glad there is a judge that would sentence a celebrity. I have had friends that had to serve 30 - 90 days for violating their probation. Its only fair.

Maybe its different where you are from, but we don't serve anything more than 90 days for the second offense if you didn't hurt anyone. Wait a second, I think if you are on probation you might actually get a few years, also. I don't know.

The stupid cunt has the money and power to win an appeal, so I doubt she will ever serve any time. There is no justice.

Most 1st time DUI convictions = probation, a suspended drivers license, a fine, maybe some community service, and maybe some classes so her sentence is in line with what anyone would get. Her probation violation was driving while under suspension ... not another DUI. 45 days in the county jail is normal.

There are soooo many stories of asscrack judges giving no jail time to 3peat and 4peat offenders. She's been slapped down a little for her transgression ...
