    gettin bored

any else find every so often they get 2 or 3 days when you are completly bored of your workout. I've been working out for bout 2 years, started using free weights about 4 months back and have a proper routine going the past 3 months.

i've been like this for the 2 years im keeping fit, every couple of months or so i get sick of the whole thing, any one got any ideas to keep me happy?

just noticed this is a very wierd post to read, my head is still fucked after the weekend

Set up short term goals. Like every 4 weeks. Something to aim for.

Well for me using P/RR/S has kept things different for me and not boring at all. You may want to look into a program that uses periodization or P/RR/S as it is a changing program from week to week. Anyhoo, it works for me.
