    ibuprofen

i had a head ache before working out. i took 1 ibuprofen about 30min before working out and ate too. when i started my flat db workout, i laid back while bringing the db back too (like always). as i started pushing them up my right arm gave out and the db came to my chest. i was able to control it so i didnt get hurt. i was using the 105. i tried it with the 85 and it was a little work out. this past month ive never gone under the 100. does anyone think it was the ibuprofen? since its a pain reliever, think it relaxed the muscles?

I take ibuprofen for inflammation in my back and ankle and it has no effect on my performance. I think you just had an off day.
