I think this is going to be one of the biggest breakthroughs in technology in this decade. Not only are these batteries extra safe with very low chance of thermal runaways that we have seen in cellphones and laptop Li-Ion's before, but they can also charge in a very short time (under 10 minutes)which means if they were to put them in laptops or cellphones it would be seconds to charge....can you imagine you could plug your laptop in and have it ready for another 2.5 hours of tether free web browsing or a little hand crank charger that will pump a charge into your cell in a short time.....of course my manager who always has to find the negatives in everything "Yeah but what happens when everyone gets home in the evenings and plugs all of their electric cars with these vampire batteries sucking electricity as fast as they can, hey America it's rolling blackout time again!!!!"
He's such a nut he thinks that America's downfall will be the collapse of the utilty grids, he never see's the plus of any new technology. If the grids can't handle the new load that means more sales of our PV and Thermal Solar stuff, which means more money pumping into our company and where there is a lot more money there will be pay raises....
