oatmeal is bad for your health

know this is probally goin to come as a shock to most of you's but i have extensive proof oatmeal can actually be harmfull to your health, especially if eatin in the morning.

Dont get me wrong, I have it nearly every morning.

So now the proof, i was on my way to work, pulling out of my carpark while eating my morning helping of oats. I was so distracted by the delicious meal that i never noticed a pillar and crashed straight into it.

so as you see, if i had been on the motorway or even going slightly faster i could of been killed or suffered major injury, and all because of oatmeal.........

    ......just thought i'd warn you's

So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

Maybe you should eat alphabet soup and spell out the major muscle groups as you eat it, it'll help raise your concentration levels on the way to work....can you chew gum and walk at the same time by the way?
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
