    My Cheat Meal

I planned this cheat meal last night. I was craving bad food, so I said if I wait until today which is high carb day, I can have a cheat meal.

I smoked a fatty, then went to the best buffet in Mobile County. I had the following items in this exact order.

    12oz ribeye steak cooked rare
    1 plate steamed broccoli
1/4 rack of babyback rips with BBQ sauce
    4oz meatloaf
    1 plate boiled crawfish
    1 plate of fried shrimp
1 plate with a piece of strawberry cake + peach cobbler + chocolate cake all covered completely with vanilla ice cream

My abdominal wall hurt for a bit. I hate myself into misery, yet I couldn't be more happier and content.

If you didn't follow all that with a dessert of some Muff Pie, then you fail.
