Anyone see Shooter?

I thought this was a great movie. Really good plot and action scenes. What do you guys think?

I kind of liked the first 30mins, but it all went downhill from there. It turned into another cliché action idiocy. Horrible ending too.

Kinda boring. I thought Id see more sniper talents....but no, I got a home economics course on how to make explosives with household items. Couldve gotten that from Jolly Roger's Cookbook (anyone know where to download that fucker?).

My date really liked it. She saw it twice.

Cliché? No doubt!

*very minor spoiler*

The buddy at the beginning (while on a dangerous mission) talks to Whalberg's character about how good his life is and even shows him a picture of the girl he plans on marrying! You know he's a dead man!

That sort of cliché hasn't been seen since the 1950s WW2 movies!

I like the film in as a light action thriller, but that was a bit much.

See I love having low expectations from hollyweird. I can sit and enjoy dumbshit movies as long as the dumbshit isn't just too obvious. It was an average movie for it's type, although I hate when ~the rest is in white type so as not to spoil the movie. Highlight the rest to read it~when the main actor can run around killing 50 guys that all have machine guns and rocket launchers and he never misses them, yet those same 50 guys with machine guns can never get him. What's worse on this one is that they gave away the entire plotline in the fuggin trailers.

PS ... It's funny to write in white type. You can't read it so when you misspell stuff you get red lines in the middle of nowhere on the page

I thought it was OK, but nothing great. It's based on the book "Point of Impact" which is GREAT, but the movie had little to do with the book it was based on. Read book.

I was disappointed, nothing original and didn't really leave anything to activate the mind at all. The movie was tolerable just as an action movie until the very end, that ruined everything IMO.

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

That's why you type in black and then highlight your text and change it to white...
