Gas Question
Not that kind of gas... So my mother bought my brothers and I a car that was to be used while we were at college. My brother had it for the last two years, it's finally been passed down to the better child, ha. Anyways, since I've had the car, I've filled it with silver or even sometimes gold gas at the BP/Amoco I usually fill up at. I've always been that way and want to take the best care of it I possibly can. With that being said, it's taken a major toll on my wallet. So... - What do you fill up your car with? - Is gold gas really that much "better" for your car that it could prevent problems down the road? I feel like I'm going to start filling it up with regular and save my 10-15 dollars and then a year down the road I'm going to have to pay a grand to have something fixed. Thoughts.

what kind of car is it? Some cars have to run premium..I have a twin turbo car wi/ higher compression...so I am stuck w/ running premium grade fuel.
Most cars work just fine a regular grade fuel. |

Nah dude, use the cheap shit. Unless your car needs the premium gas there is no point in using it. I've actually heard from people, keep in mind they weren't credible, that using the expensive stuff on a car that is not supposed to run on it is actually bad.

It should say what gas to use on your manual, also make sure the gas station you use is legit.
In New York City some of these creeps fool around with the grade of gas. |

Standard 87 Octane should be fine. You might run a pint of injector cleaner through the tank every oil change or 3000 miles (whichever comes first).
