You're not fat, you're just a whole lot of lovin'.
According do the BMI (even though it is a stupid system) I am no longer obese... (I am at the top of the overweight mark) So do people still have the right to call me a fatass?
my BMI is 29.1, and the highest overweight mark is 29.9...

You're not fat, you're just a whole lot of lovin'.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
to improve their lives.

Congratulations. I am also a once fat bastard. I don't like going home, because I am tired of hearing people tell me how much I have changed. I always find myself thinking the same thought. "I know how much I have changed...I am the one who changed me."
But again, good job. Hold onto the principles that got you here, and practice them the rest of your life. Things will only keep getting better.

congrats!
I'm proud of you, you put a lot of hard work into this and it looks like things are paying off! Good job.
Congratulations!I'm in the same club as you. Lost 100# over the last couple years and my BMI is now 28.5, down from 41.8 when I began.
We'll get there.

you think you lost weight..

OMG I hope I don't get extra skin like that when I lose all the weight.
20 more pounds to lose and I will be at "normal weight" according to the BMI. I want a six pack... girls go crazy for it
Just realized this.. the BMI calculator doesn't even ask you for your gender... WTF?
Congrats Mike. You are doing great!

You might have some, but it will be minimal. I was 6"2 260 when I was playing football. I was in great shape but still pretty fat. I think I was a 42 in the waist at my biggest, and I have minimal loose skin. The way I see it, just lift hard, and fill that extra skin with muscle, and nobody will ever know.
