Think of foreman as a case of herpes. You can treat the symptoms but the disease is still there. How about the persistent reek of processed shit when you drive by the sewage treatment plant? You can process a turd, put the persistent unpleasant stench just kinda lingers. This is foreman.

Its pretty easy when you can track on ip addy...unless they are using a proxy.

Anyone can do it? Or just mods? Seems like even regular members know...

Just mods....I am a mod somewhere else and I track ip's with every new member.

Its pretty obvious whenever he says something about older members though.

I liked foreman at one time. He was a smart guy, but I later realized he had the emotional maturity of a 4 year old. His parents must have had money, and he was a spoiled brat to have the time to spend posting all day long.

Yeah Foreman was really funny when I first joined, but he lost it towards the end and went way overboard with his spam attacks under new guises.

If anyone was to come back Myk would be my choice. He was an interesting dude, and posted some cool stuff. I don't know why he was banned in the first place.

A list of banned people is hardly credit. They got it on big gaming sites like Clan Base too. It's actually called the Hall of Shame there, as TT also suggested. The purpose is too inform, not to credit.

Well, judging by most people's ignorance of the recent bannings, they're too subtle.



What's wrong with informing people who got banned? They might have friends or at least acquaintances that would like to know about their disappearing. A list would satisy people's curiosity, get rid of confusions and inform all users. It could even be used to show other sites what a douchebag someone is. If Foreman would become a member of another site, you could warn the mods.

As far as potential advertisers, that cannot really be doubted. Which is the bread and butter of this site, and perhaps the most important factor, it is a business after all.

On the contrary, as far as new members, I fail to see how they would be put off. Of course it dose'nt look good, but anyone with a modicrum of intelligence would realise in reading other posts that there is a lot of intelligent knowledge and information to be gained around here.
And if they did'nt, they ain't worth having here, and inevitably will not stick around anyway.
