You've got me beat, that's for sure. I've got some whey and casein protein, creatine, and a bottle of Redline. I see you've got the 4 lb tub of ON casein.

Daily multivitamin, whey protein and coffee as needed. I did have some CEE. I gave the CEE to my daughter's boyfriend.

I notice the bottle of SuperPump by Gaspari Nutrition. Is that stuff fantastic, or what? I've got that and SizeOn, love them both. I also have mega jugs of whey protein and Centrum multi-vitamin.

Jodi - you may have me beat... I still can't get over the Pea Protein - yuk!

Hog - Never give your supps away!!!

Albob - yeah the super pump is awesome stuff.. I've been taking Labrada's super charge and it's not bad either - at least you get a full (packed) container and not one that you open up and say..."oh,,,, it settled...it's only half full"

Lol.. you'd think they'd make some good ones with a few of those things mixed into just onne!@) ..

Christ- my hands are so cold I can barely type:/..
Anyway, I don't have that much atm. I have an Aussie bodies perfect protein ( whey) , I have 7 - keto , lipo -fusion, effervescent vit b/ c guarana energy tablets, ford senna, an a multi vit. Do do black sugar alternative coffee and soda water and lemon or orange juice with the multi vit and I load carnitine off whole sources ( yams and chicken wing jelly and specific meat cuts etc)and do an EE effect with herbal tonic and gelatine and sugar free cordial blend and I'm juust about to trade up the 7-keto and lipo-fusion to hydroxycut and cycle in a cell - mass ( which i will do with L-glutamine if there's not already some in it) or something similar. Also do dry red wine and high gi fruit ( usually watermelon) daily en ratio to protein intake to facilitate it's catabolism / metabolism and AA uptake and NO synthesis contribution and increase it's bio-availabity and to assist with elimination . Lemon juice to clean up the sugar.

lol.. that list of yours makes me

I've got a freezer full of chicken breasts and ground turkey, a large bucket of Cottage cheese, a case of tuna, a large bag of brown rice, a tub of oats, six sweet taters, a case of green beans, lots of greens in the veggie bin, a couple bags of frozen broccoli, a case of kidney beans, some milk and a box of smart start cereal, and a frozen tub of yogurt....
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

i just wanted to correct myself above for the sake of more accurate disclosure. It's TRUE mass 1-BB.NET SUPPLEMENTS STORE and NOT CELL MASS cell-mass B.B. supplement - Google Search that I'm planning to cycle in .. bigg difference .
