Me too. After I rolled it through 22 6x6 parking post I made it home and went to bed. Had to I was too shit faced to stay awake. Next day when the cops were at my door I was all "Isn't my car in my driveway?". My car was totaled but I got out of paying for the telephone pole I broke and the DUI I woulda got.

Like when i crashed me car, if I had some strong people in the car to get me off the light pole I would have been alright. Oh well, 3 months till I'm driving again.

no one held a gun to her head, she did the wrong thing of her own volition. it's more her fault than yours. you don't buy booze for minors period. you don't help them obtain it period. yes 19 is an adult and old enough to face your mistakes without blaming someone else.

show this to your parents. your sister fucked up, whatever happens she has coming to her. the best thing they can do for your sister is make her repay any money spent on a lawyer. she needs to start learning to be a responsible adult sometime. better late than never. if you asked her for a gun she going to get you that too?

I doubt jail time, but this will show up on a criminal record report that any potential employer will look at. That being said, it could cost her a very good job in whatever career she choose's, meaning that she'll probably lose out on hundreds of thousands of dollars over her lifetime. She did commit a crime though...

I see your point but lets face it teens will get their beer/alcohol no matter what if that is their goal, so I don't see that as being the issue here, when someone helps you out with something like that and you know they were taking a risk you don't rat them out, that is just plain stupidity, it's not street smarts, it's just fricking common sense. A cop asks you where you got your alcohol, ummm, my sister got it for me Mr. Officer!

Wait, if your sister is only 19 she can't be held accountable. She can't legally buy alcohol either so how would she get the same charge as someone over the age of 21. If I was her I'd tell the judge, or police, that she got the alcohol from some bum for herself and you stole it from her.

By the way, you're a fucking rat. I know everyone else fucked with ya but I didn't get a chance yet. I've been in a few situations where I could've easily gotten out of shit by ratting on friends but didn't because it's called loyalty...let alone your own fucking blood.

he said he was "too drunk to lie" so his judgment was impaired. too drunk to care about a condom? too drunk to realize he shouldn't be driving? too drunk not to choke on his own vomit? i really don't see helping kids get drunk as doing them any favor.

i had two little brothers. it was just human nature to be protective of them. i lost friends to drunk driving and alcohol poisoning by the time i was 16. yea kids might find other ways to get alcohol but if you love them it shouldn't be from you.

We were drinking, and having a good time. But my friend was like "C'mon dude!! Just 1 more shot!" And he kept saying that after every shot. So we got sick. And I wandered upstairs and puked and my mom came down and saw me. She called my friends mom and she came right over. My mom was just going to take care of us and keep the cops out of it. But my friends mom decided to call posion control and told them the situation cause she thought we had alcohol posioning. The lady from poison control was like "I can't answer those questions, Im sending the cops over right now!". And then the cops showed up.

You were in your house with people to take care of you and the cops still bust your ass/your sister's? That sucks. It isn't like you were out drinking and driving, being beligerent in public, wrecking someone's shit or picking a fight. Rather you were in the confines of your own home. I've got let off the hook and seen others get let off in way worse situations. Maybe that is because I live in MA and everyone is an alcoholic, hmmm.

Anyway, good luck. I'm not going to give you shit for "ratting" your sister out. I think everyone has their own responsibilities to maintain and your sister got dealt a shitty hand, and even so, it may turn out to be fine. Unless you and sister had a little verbal agreement, or had made such agreements in the past to take a hit for the team, then I don't really see you at fault. Some people are brought up with different belief systems and in this iffy situation I don't think you can really point fingers.

Something like that would impress the home team. She's your sis and she still loves you. It shows because she didn't put bug killer on your breakfast cereal, and more importantly she still talks to you. A year down the road when she looks back at this and sees how you hustled ass to be there in her defense she will have something that shows in spite of being a momentary puss you love her and want to protect her.

So now's the time to put her first and sell your gocart, your paintball gun, your computer, w/e and get some lawyers in her corner.

The girl who gave my sister the booze is also 19. But the girl who gave my sisters friend the booze is 30. If that makes sense.

It went.... 30 year old went into store and bought alcohol. She gave it to a 19 year old girl. Who then handed it to my sister who is also 19. Then she gave it to us.
