I do weighted seated dick raises in the squat rack.

I've thought about reverse cable lateral raises (lateral pulldowns), but I've never seen that exercise anywhere...

Should I sit on a box in the squat rack with weight on my back or sit on the floor with weight on Mr Wanker?

During spots my partner and I hang the next progressive weights off of our Johnsons...

It has a pyramid, or reverse pyramid effect depending on how you normally lift

What were you trying to see when you did this?

Sounds uncomfortable, I would just feel my way through -

"Goob's Angel" - Hold a DB in each hand, straight armed out to your sides like a scarecrow, and arc them until above your head, without bending your arms.

I do that all the time. I don't pause on the lateral though, I just go from my sides all the way up above my head. I twist my wrists at a certain point though... obviously.

You must have learnt it from someone who attended one of my seminars.

Sounds like your learning from the best!

Do clinchers where you get a 2.5 plate, stick it in your crease and try to hold it for as long as you can.....
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

Elton John would pay you to become his personal trainer with that routine. Or you can tour with Richard Simmons ...
