How are you attaching it?
You need to learn to drive before you worry about listening to anything but your parents advice.

im attaching it by this thing that plugs into the ciggarete lighter and then the other end plugs into the headphone socket.
You're doin good so far as far as power in and audio out of your ipod but the next part is how you get the audio into your car stereo. What method are you using to jack into your car stereo?
i have no idea.

It's magic.

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

It's not one of those transmitters that sends the signal to 88.3 or 88.5 or 88.7 is it? If it is then thats probably the reason....

It is probably an FM modulator... it can be difficult finding a clean enough frequency if you are in a large metro area.
One thing that works well is to remove your cars antenna. This greatly cuts down on the interference you get.
*unplugs antenna from back of deck* ... "where's all my FM stations? now my ipod sux balls AND I have no radio?!?!?"
Sounds like the one you have danny broadcasts the iPod signal to your car stereo from the part that plugs into your cigarette lighter. If the frequency is close to a strong local radio station the your iPod will sound like crap. Look on the part that plugs into the cigy lighter and see if there is a switch on the thing somewhere that allows you to change the frequency to something more clear. If it still blows chunks then you have a pos unit and need to return it and try again.
At WorstBuy or their equal near you a modulator (which is what you have danny except yours uses a little radio transmitter that is just too damn weak to get the job done) that you hard wire in as an option. Basically you unplug the antenna, plug this in and then plug your antenna back into to this thing. Clear, crisp signal on 89.90 or w/e AND you keep your normal radio stations. Cheap ones just plug into your iPod, some have a little cradle that you set your ipod into. Make sure that what ever one you get keeps your iPod charged all the time (some don't). The better ones even do like Neil recommends and switch off your antenna for a cleaner sound, then switch it back on when you kill or remove your iPod. Gotta have shitty AM and FM stations for that talk radio or sports event right?
Here's a site that will help you sort out if have the right thing, or help you to know what to get. Enter what kinda car you drive then it'll recommend the right part. You can then prolly eBay that part number for the cheapest Chinese knock off at pennies on the dollar ...
Good luck lil bro.

Or go to CircuitCity and buy one of those $99 CD/MP3 stereos with a front Aux jack and anything over $99 gets installed free...
