    KEFE is now 14 years old

    I'm 14 and my birthday was yesterday.Here are some of my pictures when i was 13.For my birthday I got some pizza and a surround sound system.

    Heres a little of what hs happened since I havent been updatig my journal.I hit 225x5 on deadlifts and prolly around 265-275 max and Squats we will have to see sometime this week I am hoping for 185x6-8 and 235 for 1 rep.Bench has fallen in the last couple of weeks nd I did 135x15 last week so next chest workout will b heavy.I did 95x3 on curls.I am do a challenge with this other 13 year old on bodybuilding.com forums and it was supposed to be a race to 700 but he is at 635 and I'm around 680 so It will just be first to increase by 65lbs.I wil Def Beat him though.

    My hair line was never receding.The file cabinet is still there.Yes the inside of my shed still looks like that But I have painted my weights gray now.
