i just jizzed on my bong.
Post good philosophy quotes ill start:
"Explanation from Alan Watts; People like to say that their hand is a part of them or that their hair is a part of them. The also say that the air is not a part of them, and that the ground is not a part of them. But, this is foolish, because you can live without your hand and your hair, but not without air or the ground."
i just jizzed on my bong.
do i have to clean it or is it OK to let my friends smoke out of it anyway.,?
.9 repeating logically cannot logically equal 1. there are a good number of examples too... one such being that if the universe is theoretically infinite, or at least already expanding, then it would be save to say that the portion of the universe that is not earth is .9 repeating, and yet as far as we can tell it does exist. To say that .9 repeating equals 1 is to deny one's own existence. If you want to do that then fine, but understand the logical implications of your statement.
Do not spoil what you have by desiring what you have not; remember that what you now have was once among the things you only hoped for - Epicurus
It is on disaster that good fortune perches;
It is on good fortune that disaster crouches.

grows from a downy tip.
A terrace nine stories high
Rises from hodfuls of Earth;
A journey of a thousand miles
Starts from beneath one's feet.

A word to the wise is infuriating.

No man is so foolish but he may sometimes give another good counsel, and no man so wise that he may not easily err if he takes no other counsel than his own. He that is taught only by himself has a fool for a master.

Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
