    Bioshock

Just sat down and played it for five hours straight at the highest settings.

    Beautiful game, pretty fun too.

    Details?
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

I'm hearing amazing things about it. I like that it's a narrative game, engrossing you in the story first and offering decent gameplay second. Games these days aren't offering anything new, so the best thing they can do as a growing media is to offer compelling stories. It's more visual than a novel and more interactive than movies. Sweet

Actually though, at the moment I'm saving my money for Blue Dragon. Kinda kiddy I know and the opposite of what I described above, but when you bring together the 3 minds behind the best game ever, Chrono Trigger, I don't care if it's 40 hours of staring at dog crap dry in the sun I'll buy it.

I tried playing the demo version and my vid is all fucked up. My mouse's crosshairs (if thats what they are) show up NO WHERE. It was trial and error trying to start the game. When it started, all I saw was the fire around me...black everything else. I guess my computer isnt set up for it.

    Whats it for?

    Definitely a must have.

You have to have a pretty decent computer to run the game at full settings, my rig is pretty nice, so it has no problems with the game at highest settings.

Im sure there's gamefaqs reviews on it.

So far, the only thing I have a problem with is that the world itself feels very constricted. the places you can go dont really match up to what the city feels like it should feel like.

    which you get over.

Bioshock is a great game, I found it to be a little short but I binged on it and explored every nook and cranny of every level.

Blue Dragon is supposed to suck, I would get Two Worlds instead. Both arnt my kind of game though.

Just trying to helpful man. I read both reviews since they came out the same time and most choose Two Worlds. They said Blue Dragon had alot of grinding to level, you know repetitive boring fights just for the sake of leveling.

I'm sorry. I couldn't hear you over how awesome Nobuo Uematsu's music is. I'll be glad to read whatever review you're talking about but the shine from everything Hironobu Sakaguchi touching that's turned to gold might skew my vision. Or post some pics of better gameplay but I think I'll be distracted by Akira Toriyama's freaking awesome artwork! NEED I SAY MORE?

Chrono Trigger up your anus, man. Chrono Trigger up your anus.

Some parts of it feel awkward, and ammo goes really fast.

idk, im more of a hoarder, i like the safe feel of most rpgs where you can amass your fortune and stock ridiculous amounts of supplies.
