I need a good data recovery tool

I helped a guy network his 4 office computers together (2 XPs and 2 vistas), and showed him how file sharing between them works. He calls me yesterday, and said he was cleaning up the public shares and deleted crucial business files by accident. He even cleared his recycle bin on all 4 computers.

I have used undelete programs before, but the ones I used never retained the directory structure, and I don't feel like spending 8 hours piecing everything back together.

Can some of you more knowledgeable folks recommend me the best program to restore all of the deleted files as easily as possible that can restore entire directories. I'll pay for the software if I can download and then pay for a key. I'll just make him pay for the cost of the software and my time.

I use ExhumeIt from PCMag, it's worked well for me in the past as long as nothing writes over any clusters your data was on...

I've recovered entire folders and subfolders, it puts recovered files where you tell it to so if you wanted to AND IT PUTS BACK THE FOLDER AND SUBFOLDER SO JUST TELL IT WHICH DRIVE TO RESTORE(sry caplock) to.....

Once you Analyze a drive you can sort the files by what Directory they came from, it's very easy...I've even recovered files that were marked in use by active cluster....
