Well, if ya get a new video card it would last you years, not just for this game. Unless this is the only game you will ever play on your computer again.
so I just bought the new game BioShock, thought it looked pretty fucking sweet. anyway talking to a gamer about it and he said that the computer specs needed to be pretty damn good because the game is pretty advanced. well I bought a new computer about a month and a half ago, but I thought I would check out my specs anyway. my computer's specs are pretty much way above the minimum requirements on everything except for one...my graphics card. it's minimum requirements is 128MB NVIDIA GeForce 6000+ which mine is pretty much that exactly. got BioShock today, installed it and it's so jumpy and scratchy damnit! I even updated my card driver and put the game on the lowest resolution and still nothing. so that's my rant for today, kind of pissed me off because I was so pumped for this game.
I could go and buy a new graphics card, but I really don't wanna be out another 200+$ just to play this game. if anyone has any ideas on what could be done, let me know.
