    Ok, so......

We all joined this site to achieve something. Little by little, the field goal has got a lot closer.

So, you've achieved your goal. Your body is as perfect as you wanted it.

All this time invested in gettin it to this point. It's a long road, but you've just past the signpost telling you you've just entered homelands.

What do you do next? What do you use this hard earned physique for?

Odds are, you worked for strength, now you could work for power.

You could also apply it to a fighting art.

For fun, you could try mastering a strong-man feat. Such as tearing a phone book in half, or, like Mudge, you could work on popping a full, unopened, soda can with your bare hands.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

Thats what I think is what most peoples answer would be.

    Confidence from increased physical satisfaction.

After all, is'nt that the reason for 70+% of the population starting an exersice regime?

I can finally open that jar of pickles!!

Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

More than nice clothes, more than fancy cars, more than almost anything else, a truly impressive physique demonstrates discipline, determination, and desire.

I often find myself explaining this to women and how I love the triple D's.

To get my ice cream out of the container without using a scoop/spoon/whatever while it's still frozen. It feels like a tube of toothpaste, and there's nothing to clean up afterwards (a win win)!

Never gonna happen. There's no such thing as perfection in this endeavor. Never being satisfied is what keeps me lifting.

    Use it to:
    • keep from being average
    • feel better
    • to live longer

fast moving zombies are impossible, if imagined in a romero sense, which is ironic, considering dawn of the dead.

I originally joined for the porn, but as the old timer said there can always be improvement, I've had a body I thought was awesome then turned into shit then slowly back to something better. Its constant voyage.
