    Worst Excuses Ever

What was the worst excuse you ever made for not going to the gym?
    ----------------------------------

Mine was such a bad but legit excuse. Last Friday I was working on a networking problem in the lab and for those of you who do that, you know how much of a bitch that can be.

My actual excuse was "I can't go to the gym because I can't fucking get OSPF to form the right adjacencies."
    Ron Paul 2012

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

I suffered a bout of depression two summers ago, and I decided that world of warcraft was more important than lifting.

I haven't been lifting much lately just because I am tired after working 10 hours, and then on the weekends I am usually too hungover on Saturday. I need to get my energy level up and stop drinking.

"Theres a hole in my right lifting glove that makes it a tad uncomfortable to hold things."

No shit, that was my reason for sitting on my ass and playing Gears of War an extra six hours.

It was worth it, i was overreaching anyways .

I've been ill, or injured, quite often, but it's been a while since I came up with an excuse.

But I'd have to say the weakest excuse I've used is "needing to be in the mood." HIT workouts, that can last as little as 8 and a half minutes, are pretty mentally challenging. Sadly, I talked myself out of a few workouts.

Time. If I dont have it, I cant workout.

Drinking? Sleep? School? I lack those today and get ready for another fired up journal entry.

In fact, I am studying AFTER I workout...then I am off to work.

This is why i wake up early in the morning to eat breakfast and then lift. I feel so much more relieved when i get it out of the way so it won't constantly be on my mind when i am working all day and going to classes and whatnot. When that happens, i tend to have negative thoughts and come up with excuses for not wanting to lift.

I don't know about you guys but i do not have the passion to lift as much as i used to. I used to ALWAYS look forward to lifting and i would be so pumped and leave the gym afterwards feeling satisfied. Now, it is more of a chore than a hobby. I am still consistent and motivated but my mindset is just not the same anymore.

I've used this one also. I didn't want to be doing squats and spray anal blood all over the place if I popped one.

I have a hemorrhoid, and I usualy have to take a shower if my poop isn't solid. If its the semi-solid kind, I just wash my ass in the show then go workout.
