Danny Bonaduce Won't Be Charged in Fight

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Danny Bonaduce won't face charges for tossing former "Survivor" contestant Jonny Fairplay over his shoulders at an awards show.
A charge evaluation document released by the district attorney's office Friday said there was "insufficient evidence" to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Bonaduce committed battery because Fairplay "initiated contact and acted offensively."
Fairplay, 33, said he underwent 2 1/2 hours of dental surgery after Bonaduce tossed him over his shoulders at the Fox Reality Channel's Really Awards last Tuesday. Fairplay landed on his face.
The evaluation worksheet said Fairplay jumped on Bonaduce, "wrapped his arms and legs around the suspect and thrust his pelvis into the suspect's body."
Deputy District Attorney Jeffrey Boxer wrote that Bonaduce didn't intentionally injure Fairplay and his "actions fell within the realm of self-defense."
Fairplay's police report claimed the actor walked on stage uninvited and made a "derogatory statement." Fairplay later said he was giving Bonaduce a hug, one of his signature moves as a performer.
A video of the incident captured the sound of the audience booing.
Fairplay, whose real name is Jon Dalton, appeared in the 2003 CBS reality show "Survivor: Pearl Islands."
Bonaduce, 48, was a child star on "The Partridge Family." He starred in the 2005 reality show "Breaking Bonaduce," and has recently co-hosted Adam Carolla's radio show.

I just think it was an accident. Bonaduce didn't think that was going to happen. Fairplay is pressing charges BTW. He had to get all this mouth work done.

Bonaduce isn't an asshole. He's a very likeable guy. It's Johnny Gayplay who's the homo. Who doesn't hate that guy?

I saw that Johnny faggot once on a youtube video. Someone please kill him. Explain to me why he hasn't had his ass kicked a million time already. I have never heard of Danny Bonaduce, but he just earned about a 100 cool points for that one.

If you've never really watched Breaking Bonaduce when it appeared on VH1 you really missed what Danny is all about.
The guy is seriously fucked in the head, his anxiety, dependancy, and anger management issues are all way off the charts.
When he decided to kick drugs and alchoholism he used working out as his release, but because of his addictive personality, he started working out 24-7. Then guys that he worked out with got worried and said something to him, so he got memberships at like 4 different gyms all over town and rotated all day long. He was physically unable to keep himself from working out, his mind had become that dependant.

I remember clearly this one episode, he freaks out and falls off the wagon, they show him on a street corner, he comes out of a package store with one of those big gallon jugs of cranberry juice, he opens it up, drinks about a 1/3 of it, then opens a litre of vodka, pours it in and chugs the whole thing in ~10 seconds. Bonadouche is the guy who was on tv shooting steroids and giving roids a bad rep...ask your average boobtuber who they would associate "roid rage" with and 90% of the would say Bonadouche....but that dude deserved getting dumped on his face, who jumps and straddles a person like that?
