so this is a weird scenario, and I don't know if it was brought up before, but if you were only able to do one and only one exercise for the rest of your life for some strange reason, what would it be?
I mean anything, including running, swimming, rock climbing...
I'll give some options, but if there is an "other" state what it would be.

If you picked one lift and only lifted that, you'd look like a freak. But I guess everyone would look like freaks then so you'd fit in? Hmm...
But if you picked running or swimming you'd just look fit, but not all that muscular. I'd rather look and be healthy than look like and be a fucking retard.


Squats - hasn't it been shown that lower body development can stimulate development over the whole body even when not directly working it, or am I wrong?

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

Overhead running lunges. Basically holding a BB overhead, and doing very fast lunges. And you could do presses as you lunge.
Who said you can't get a full workout with one movement?
