    I'm not high, but...

This questions been keeping me up...

Lets say there's a pair of conjoined twins, and one of them murders someone, only to be turned in by the other one, and the good one was in no way an accomplice. How do they deal out the jail sentence? This hypothetical case involves the type that couldnt be surgically seperated.

They couldnt seperate them, and they couldnt make the good one serve time, could they? Or what if there was the type of conjoined twins where all the organs are shared or whatnot, and the one on the left uses his/her one arm to kill the other twin. Does the culprit have to lug around a dead half-bodied twin? They couldnt seperate them without the culprit losing some organs.

Seriously, I'm not high, just wondering.

If siamese twins share one sex organ and they take turns playing with it, is that incest?
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

There was a Tales from the crypt Episode about that.

If a pair of siamese twin girls are romanced, and one of them consents, but the other one doesnt - is it rape?

But they couldnt seperate them w/o both dying, so would the good one have to lug around the bad siblings half-body? Or what if you couldnt kill one without killing the other, how would you solve it then. My friend said just put a box around the bad one's head so it felt like jail, but I'm looking for a real legal response.

Fine then kill them both. A) she is a reject in society, and will probably act out negatively at sometime cause of the views of society towards her freakiness.

    B) Twins tend to share traits, so kill them both based on the fact that one of them acted out. And there is a greater possibility for her to act out now, that she has the flavour of crime.
