    That is really too much to answer in one post.

    But, you have to approach them. Sounds obvious but people seem to think you don't have approach women to meet them.

    1.) approach with confidence
    2.) do not act as if you are hitting on them, that is what they expect and will probably try to get rid of you depending on how attractive they are.
    3.) ask them a simple but odd questions

    That is all I will say, but there is really so much more involved. The biggest thing is just approaching several women and see what works and what doesn't. Practice makes perfect.
