Rob, Thanks for the note (even if it is auto-generated) I'm currently unable to access open-sourced websites due to the security restrictions placed on our internet access. Thus, I am not able to post on the forums.
I miss you guys and the board terribly. The TOP-SHELF physical fitness threads as well as the challenging discussions in the Open Forum are a valued part of my life and I regret my absence. Hopefully, that will change when I get to my assignment in Iraq. Until then, I'm kinda screwed by the firewall nazis.
I realize this may be an unusual request but could you please pass on my fondest regards to everyone there on the boards? If posible, could you post the following message on my behalf? If not, I completely understand but if it's possible, tell everyone there I miss them all. Feel free to share my email with anyone who is interested.
