Doesn't your coach teach you these things or did he tell you and you ignored his advice just like you ignore ours?
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

Danny you just make a drink that is 1/3 Bleach and 2/3 gasoline. This will dislodge tons of extra food junks that are clinging onto you intestines. Takes about 8 hours to run its course.

Not eating for a day or two is not that uncommon to make weight.

No, I don't think so, unless it's for a prolonged period of time. A lot of amateurs actually do it too to make weight; coaches asking boxers to drop 12 pounds to fight in a lower weight class (which you would think was restricted to the professionals, but you'd be surprised). HS isn't uncommon either (especially nowadays if the past is any indication), but danny, if you are cutting weight, you should rely more on cutting whatever fat you have and primarily water. The lowering of calorie intake a few days out, and then essentially fasting is only if you really need cut a few right before weigh in. And you need to make sure to rehydrate and eat properly immediately following weigh ins.

I know a lot of people busted your chops for being 6' and weighing 150, but in high school, I was about 5'11"/6'0" and weighed 165 and could have cut some. I was also relatively strong for my age (maxing at 225 for bench, testing at 20 pullups, and setting the class record for dips in a 4A school) and ran track. While boxing, I had dropped to about 150 and still retained power and speed. It was probably one of my peaks to be honest.

Why do you have to weigh in so often? And is this weight class your coach wants you in legit? Because you can't keep at low cals or be water drained for an extended period of time.
