Mortars hit Iraq prison; 7 inmates dead (AP)
AP - Mortar shells slammed into an Interior Ministry prison Monday, killing at least seven inmates and wounding 23, police and a hospital official said. Separately, a fire broke out at one of Iraq's main oil refineries, but the U.S. military said it was due to an industrial accident, not an attack.
